Dullater Beag
A recently restored bothy and barn in the heart of the Trossachs within 500 yards of Loch Venacher, Dullater Beag has spectacular views over the loch and surrounding mountains, but is only 2 miles from Callander (gateway to the Highlands) with its good selection of small shops and eating places. Stirling is 25 minutes drive and Edinburgh and Glasgow just over an hour.
ACCOMMODATION
Double bedroom with en suite shower room, bidet and WC, hall. Utility room, access to double garage which has table tennis. Large kitchen with dining area and French doors to patio, twin/6' double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower attachment, bidet and WC.
Second Floor: Large sitting room with log burning stove, windows to all sides with superb views.
OTHER INFORMATION
Washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, video, oil central heating, barbecue, CD player, use of large wooded gardens, garage, ample parking. No children under 12 because of 2 streams and steep drop from an old water mill. Bank or boat fishing on loch by day permit from fishing club on opposite shore. Sailing and windsurfing on the loch. No dogs or smokers.
