San Juan de Capistrano
This pueblo-style house, at the top end of the Spanish style Urbanization of San Juan de Capistrano, is comfortable, convenient, well equipped and surprisingly private. For the small family, a couple or friends who want a holiday within easy reach of some of the best restaurants on the Costa Del Sol, the use of a large swimming pool, and a five minute drive to beaches, this house offers it all. The large terrace, with built-in barbecue, overlooks part of the wonderful tropical-style gardens for which San Juan is famous, and the view continues on down to the Mediterranean sea. Most of this urbanization is residential which makes it quiet and peaceful the whole year round. If of interest, the property caretakers can arrange riding trips in the mountains, as well as tennis and golf. Water skiing is available on the main beach in Nerja. Nerja is one of the Costa del Sol's most attractive resorts, having retained much of the old fishing village ambiance. The town center is full of cafés, restaurants and very good shops. Burriana beach is situated at the eastern end of the town and has wonderful fish restaurants, famous for their paellas and fresh sardines. Pedalos, water skiing and wind surfing are all available during the season.
